At Collins Technology Consulting we believe that it’s important to listen to our clients concentrating on what the business is trying to achieve first, then matching these requirements to the technology.
During the design process we will talk to key stakeholders and the project sponsors to really understand your business. This can be done in the form of workshops or one to one meetings.
There is no such thing as a bad idea, and we will ensure that everything is captured, then together we can apply a MoSCoW Analysis (Must Have, Should Have, Could Have and Won’t Have), to focus the design on what really matters whilst capturing the the reasoning behind the process so you have a record of why the ‘won’t’ have features were not included. This level of analysts ensures you are clear about what you are trying to achieve and don’t wast time revisiting past decisions.
There may be many potential solutions that can satisfy your requirements and we will help you evaluate the options and help you make an informed decision and clearly understand the strengths and weaknesses of each option. Satisfying the requirements, sability and the cost benefit of solutions will all be considered to help your decision making process.
Where appropriate we will work with your internal IT Team and work to your own organisations standards. We are also happy to work with other external suppliers and Project Manage the whole process if required.
