Implementation of a new SaaS solution for Sales Contract Management.Working with Costa and Costa Express business units the project was to capture all the contracts into a single management system. As well as bringing together the current sales contracts the system had to be capable of managing the process of creating new template based contracts, managing approval workflows and helping the sales teams proactively by reducing reports and alerts relating contract renewals.
The process started with gathering requirements to produce an RFP that was sent to a short list of potential suppliers. Each supplier was then asked to create a cost proposal and product demonstration based on a rigid set of criteria to aid comparison.
After supplier selection the project moved onto ensuring the solution was configured specifically to Costa’s and Costa Express’s requirements and a data migration process was put in place to bring all exiting contracts on board.
