WHAT WE DID:
- Analysed & audited existing contract types
- Identified the meta-data required
- Designed a migration process for multiple contracts (thousands)
- Configured the AGILOFT system
- Identified different types of users
- Defined roles to establish appropriate levels of access for each user
- DESIGNED management dashboards and reporting.
THE CHALLENGE:
We quickly established the importance of giving the client enhanced visibility at a glance, with custom management dashboards and reporting. We created all the meta-data fields that met the client’s needs, including reporting in multiple currencies. The client had very specific requirements for on-going contracts with regular reviews. The system that we designed allowed for full flexibility on the frequency of reviews, notice periods and related notifications.

The data migration process was driven by a spreadsheet that the client created of all of its current contracts. These were then imported directly into the AGILOFT system, which immediately started managing all alerts and reports, relating to the management of contracts.
